Poly bubble mailers combine the strength and versatility of a courier envelope with the cushioning of a bubble-lined mailer.  An ideal alternative to shipping products in a carton.

 

The clean appearance of the white outer surface is aesthetically pleasing  and is ideal for high-quality printing.  Made from 100% polyethylene featuring strong puncture resistance with the bubble providing protection for the contents.  Their improved strength and weather resistance provides better protection than kraft mailers.

 

The high slip, anti-static lining allows easier product insertion and extraction, increasing productivity while packaging.  Hot-melt self-seal tamper evident closure increases content security.  The interior features a gray lining making the mailer opaque so contents are not visible.

 

Light weight (1/3 the weight of macerated newspaper shippers) reduces postage costs and bubble lining creates less mess than macerated paper mailers.
